At least in some parts of the world, we were able to say hello to summer with Pop-up Meyhane in Lisbon second edition 

This time, our Lisbon barba @defnekayacik was accompanied by wine and spirits educator Burçak Desombre @vinipedia. With the menu specially prepared for this night by @listambul_ chefs @celine_serter & @erbilegevural and their team, our meyhane was, as always, delicious and festive.

We've talked about the cultural diversity of Istanbul accompanied by Armenian and Rum mezes, continuing by touching on the origins of raki and its place in our culture. It was delightful to share Istanbul with guests from many different cultures, from the Philippines to Brazil.
