A Purple March in Solidarity
"A Purple March in Solidarity" is a solidarity effort that focuses on the long-term needs of women following the recent earthquake and centers around providing support services to meet the needs of women in the region.
On March 26th, we organised a Women's Solidarity Bazaar in London. All proceeds collected was used to support women affected by the earthquake, to meet the needs identified by our active and organized solidarity partner in the field, Women’s Coalition Turkey.

Purple Journal
As part of the Purple March project, we developed a series of weekly content during the month of March through our publication called the "Purple Journal" in hopes of facilitating access to essential support services and promoting solidarity for women from Turkey both in the region and around the world.
Who is our solidarity partner "Women’s Coalition"?
Women’s Coalition is an organisation that brings together women and women's organisations who have been fighting for equality, freedom, and justice since 2000. It advocates for peace, freedom, and equality, and is against violence. It uses an inclusive and solution-oriented approach in all its works. It is in favour of human rights and is against all forms of discrimination.
We are here for solidarity! “We are here with all our organizing capacity all over Turkey to share our experiences and take part in citizen collaboration.”
