Maltby & Greek – It tastes like the white cheese that comes out of a tin sold at a corner store (Bakkal) whose brand we don’t know.
Melis Edirne – The trending white cheese of recent times is quite creamy but a bit too much creamy for a meyhane table!
Waitrose & Partners Greek Feta – Incredibly creamy and delicious! It was the go-to choice for making Girit Ezmesi at many of our Pop-ups!
